I'm really stoked for the Province VI Young Adult gathering that will be taking place here in Des Moines June 24-26, 2010. If you consider yourself a young adult (and you are at least 18) I hope you'll consider joining us for this event.
I hear from people around my age all the time that it's really hard to meet people who they connect with. Between going to work or school and balancing all of the other things in our lives, it's tough to feel connected to a community of faith and to make new friends and form new relationships.
This event is going to be a great opportunity to do just that.
Here are all the details:
Dates: Thursday June 24 at 5 pm through Saturday June 26 at noon
Cost: $150 covers most meals, hotel room, and the program (this is if you are willing to double up in a room with someone, $300 if you want your own room)
If you do not need a hotel room, the cost is $75 for meals and program
Location: Sheraton West Des Moines Hotel, Iowa
